NOTE:
This home features a private, heated swimming pool available for your enjoyment at no additional cost. Heating is provided as a complimentary amenity; however, it may be inconsistent, especially during colder winter months. The pool typically warms well during the day, but nighttime temperatures can decrease due to natural cooling and ambient outdoor conditions.
Guests will be required to sign a pool use and safety waiver prior to check-in.
Zero Tolerance Party Policy: Parties are strictly prohibited. The City of Scottsdale enforces noise ordinances rigorously, and violations may result in fines or the removal of this property from hosting platforms. Please respect the neighborhood and maintain appropriate noise levels.
A Ring doorbell camera is installed to monitor real occupancy and is used for emergency situations only. Additional exterior cameras are positioned to monitor the side access gates for security purposes. The garage has 2 cameras – one in the garage door motor on the ceiling, and another next to the laundry machines. Both monitor the safety of the garage and its contents. There is a computer desktop camera that is 100% inactive. unless a guest chooses to connect their laptop to the device.
The property is equipped with a Minut noise monitoring system to help maintain respectful noise levels in the neighborhood. This system measures noise levels (in decibels) but does not record sounds or conversations, ensuring guest privacy.
Unauthorized late check-outs will result in a $75 rescheduling fee charged by our housekeeping company. Please coordinate any changes with us in advance to avoid this fee.
