Just beyond, the dining space invites shared meals and celebrations, while the expansive living room centers around a plush sectional, a 55-inch curved smart TV, and tranquil pool views that create the perfect backdrop for movie nights and slow afternoons in.

The upper level offers serene sleeping quarters designed for true rest and privacy, led by a luxurious primary suite featuring a king bed, cozy sitting area, private smart TV, and a spa-style en-suite bath with a soaking tub and glass-enclosed shower. Additional bedrooms on this level provide inviting queen accommodations with hotel-quality linens, creating peaceful retreats for every guest. Downstairs, two more bedrooms and a full bath offer added privacy for larger groups, while the dedicated game room brings everyone together with a billiards table, lounge seating, and space for relaxed competition and late-night laughs.

NOTE:

Pool heat is included at no additional charge; however, water temperature cannot be guaranteed and is dependent on ambient weather conditions and seasonal limitations. For safety and liability purposes, all guests will be required to complete a pool use and safety waiver prior to check-in.

This home is part of a residential community with a strict zero-tolerance party policy. The City of Scottsdale actively enforces noise ordinances, and violations may result in fines, immediate intervention, or removal of the listing from hosting platforms. This home is intended for respectful stays only.

For guest and property safety, the exterior entry is equipped with a Ring doorbell camera used solely to verify occupancy and for emergency or security-related matters. The home also includes a Minut noise monitoring system to help ensure neighborhood noise levels are respected. This system does not record audio or conversations and only measures sound levels (decibel monitoring).

Dogs are not typically permitted at this property; however, exceptions may be considered upon request and written approval. If an exception is granted—or if evidence of an unauthorized pet is found after checkout—a non-refundable $175 pet fee will be applied to cover additional cleaning and allergen treatment.

Late check-outs that are not approved in advance may incur a $75 rescheduling fee charged by our housekeeping team. Please coordinate any timing changes with us prior to departure to avoid additional charges.
