The West Wing kitchen is designed for connection and entertaining, featuring white shaker cabinetry, stainless steel appliances, and a fully stocked coffee bar for slow mornings before heading out to explore Scottsdale. The kitchen flows easily into the living areas and a formal dining room with seating for eight—ideal for shared meals or catered dinners.

The home’s layout offers excellent separation and privacy across multiple sleeping areas. The primary suite features a king bed, Smart TV, walk-in closet, patio access, and a spa-style en-suite bathroom designed for relaxation.

Two additional guest bedrooms in the West Wing offer queen beds and share a full bathroom, while the East Wing guest suite includes two queen beds, vaulted ceilings, an en-suite bath, and French doors opening directly to the backyard.

A separate casita suite provides an additional private retreat with its own entrance, vaulted ceilings, kitchenette, workspace, Smart TV, reading nook, and full bathroom—perfect for couples, grandparents, or guests who prefer extra privacy.

• This home features a private, heated swimming pool available for your enjoyment at no additional cost. Heating is provided as a complimentary amenity; however, it may be inconsistent, especially during colder winter months. The pool typically warms well during the day, but nighttime temperatures can decrease due to natural cooling and ambient outdoor conditions.
• Zero Tolerance Party Policy: Parties are strictly prohibited. The City of Scottsdale enforces noise ordinances rigorously, and violations may result in fines or the removal of this property from hosting platforms. Please respect the neighborhood and maintain appropriate noise levels.
• A Ring doorbell camera is installed to monitor real occupancy and is used for emergency situations only. Additional exterior cameras are positioned to monitor the side access gates for security purposes.
• The property is equipped with a Minut noise monitoring system to help maintain respectful noise levels in the neighborhood. This system measures noise levels (in decibels) but does not record sounds or conversations, ensuring guest privacy.
