To preserve the elevated experience of The Dreyfus for all guests and neighbors, we ask that the home, furnishings, and grounds are treated with care and respect throughout your stay. This is a luxury residence designed for refined enjoyment—not events or large gatherings. Strict quiet hours are observed from 10:00 PM to 7:00 AM, and we maintain a zero-tolerance policy for parties, disturbances, or unauthorized events.

Your stay includes complimentary pool and spa heat, allowing you to enjoy the outdoor amenities year-round without additional fees.

For safety and liability purposes, all guests are required to complete a pool and spa use waiver prior to check-in.

The home is equipped with exterior security cameras and a Ring doorbell for occupancy verification and emergency use only. There are no cameras inside the home. In addition, a Minut noise monitoring device is installed to measure decibel levels only—this system does not record conversations and is in place solely to help maintain a peaceful environment.

We maintain a strict no-pet policy. Unauthorized pets will result in a $175 non-refundable cleaning fee and may lead to removal from the property.

To ensure a seamless turnover for incoming guests, unauthorized late check-outs will incur a $75 rescheduling fee. If you require additional time, please coordinate with us in advance and we will do our best to accommodate.
