NOTE:
The Game/Flex Room (Bedroom 4) is attached to the home but also has a separate entrance in the front and is accessed from the patio as well. You do walk outside to access it. It has a queen sofa sleeper, independent AC and TV.

Pool Safety Waiver Required: A signed Pool Safety Waiver must be completed prior to check-in.

No Parties or Events: We have a strict zero-tolerance policy for parties, events, and excessive noise. Scottsdale actively enforces neighborhood noise ordinances, and violations may result in fines, immediate eviction without refund, and/or additional charges.

Exterior Security Camera: A Ring doorbell camera is installed at the front entrance for occupancy verification, security, and emergency purposes only. There are no interior cameras or other recording devices anywhere on the property.

Noise Monitoring: A Minut noise monitoring device is installed to monitor decibel levels only. It does not record conversations or audio and is used solely to help prevent excessive noise while respecting guest privacy.

Pet Policy: Pets are generally not permitted. Exceptions may be considered with prior approval. Approved pets—or unauthorized pets discovered during your stay—will incur a $175 non-refundable pet cleaning fee.

Late Checkout: Check-out times are carefully coordinated with our housekeeping team. Unauthorized late departures are subject to a $75 rescheduling fee. If you need additional time, simply let us know in advance and we’ll do our best to accommodate your request.
