• For security, Ring cameras are installed to monitor side and rear access points, as well as a Ring doorbell, to ensure vendor access and real occupancy. These are used for emergency situations only.
• The property includes a Minut noise alert monitoring system to ensure neighborhood noise levels are respected. It does not record actual sounds or conversations, only the noise level (measured in decibels).
