Just off the living room, a quiet den and reading nook opens directly to the backyard, creating a perfect space to unwind with a book or morning coffee.

We maintain a STRICT ZERO TOLERANCE policy regarding parties and events. The City of Scottsdale takes neighborhood disturbances and occupancy violations very seriously, and violations may result in fines, immediate termination of the reservation, and removal from booking platforms. This home is absolutely suitable for larger groups and families — we simply ask that all guests respect quiet hours and our neighbors.

For safety, security, and occupancy verification purposes, the property is equipped with a Ring doorbell camera monitoring exterior entry areas only.

The property may also include a Minut noise monitoring device to help ensure neighborhood noise levels remain within acceptable limits. These devices do NOT record conversations or audio content in any way — they only measure decibel levels.

Pet Policy: Dogs are generally not permitted at this property, though exceptions may be considered on a case-by-case basis. Please inquire prior to booking. If approved — or if evidence of a pet is found after checkout — a non-refundable $175 pet fee will apply to cover additional cleaning and sanitation.

Unauthorized late check-outs will result in a $75 rescheduling fee assessed by our housekeeping team. If you need additional time, please coordinate with us in advance and we will do our best to accommodate your request.
