• The pool may be heated during cooler months for an additional fee of $75 per night or $400 per week. Requests and payment must be made at least 72 hours prior to arrival to ensure it is warmed and ready at check-in.
• All guests are required to sign a pool use and safety waiver before check-in.
• A strict zero-tolerance party and event policy is enforced. The City of Scottsdale takes noise complaints very seriously, and violations may result in fines or removal of this listing from hosting platforms.
• For safety and compliance, the home is equipped with a Ring doorbell camera, used only to verify occupancy, monitor disturbances, and respond to emergencies.
• The property also includes a Minut noise monitoring system, which tracks decibel levels but does not record audio or conversations, ensuring guest privacy while protecting neighborhood peace.
• Pets are not typically permitted. Exceptions may be considered upon request. If approved—or if a pet is found without authorization—a $175 non-refundable cleaning fee will be applied.
• Unauthorized late check-outs will result in a $75 rescheduling fee charged by housekeeping. Please arrange any changes in advance to avoid this charge.
