• Pool & Spa Heating: Pool heating is optional and available for an additional charge of $120 per night (propane fee). Spa-only heating is available for $60 per night. To ensure heating upon your arrival, please submit your request and payment at least 72 hours before check-in.
• Party & Event Policy: We enforce a strict ZERO TOLERANCE policy for parties and events. The City of Scottsdale has stringent noise ordinances, and violations may result in significant fines and potential removal of the property from vacation rental platforms.
• Noise Monitoring: This property is equipped with a Minut noise monitoring system to help maintain respectful noise levels. The device measures decibel levels only; it does not record audio or conversations.
• Security & Safety: There is a front doorbell camera and garage camera in place to monitor check-ins, verify real occupancy, and ensure guest safety during emergencies. These cameras operate in compliance with guest privacy standards.
