• A Ring doorbell camera is used to monitor real occupancy and for emergency situations only. No other video recording devices are present inside or outside of the property.
• Properties may include a NoiseAware noise alert monitoring system in order to ensure that neighborhood noise levels are respected. It does NOT record actual sounds or conversations, it simply monitors the noise level (measured in decibels).
• Although this home has seen a fair share of minor updates it was still built in 1978. You should be aware that you may experience minor issues consistent with a 40+ year old home. Should any minor issues arise, we will be available to assit efficiently.
