Inside, an open-concept layout with hardwood floors sets the tone, anchored by a spacious living area featuring an oversized leather sectional, a statement fireplace, and a 75” Smart TV that invites everyone to settle in. The modern kitchen flows seamlessly into the main living spaces, fully equipped and ready for casual breakfasts, shared dinners, or effortless entertaining. Smart TVs and ceiling fans are thoughtfully placed in every room for comfort and convenience throughout the home.

The sleeping arrangements are flexible and generous, accommodating up to 12 guests with ease. Three bedrooms offer king beds, while an additional bedroom features dual full beds—perfect for kids or friends. A bonus living room adds even more versatility with a double Murphy bed setup, ideal for overflow guests without sacrificing comfort or space. The primary suite includes an en-suite bathroom and direct patio access, creating a private retreat within the home.

Step outside and the experience truly opens up. A massive covered patio finished with classic Saltillo tile creates a shaded outdoor living room complete with a fire pit and TV, alongside dedicated outdoor dining and a ping-pong table for easygoing competition. Beyond the patio, the expansive backyard centers around a 25,000-gallon heated deep-water pool, surrounded by loungers, a BBQ grill, and plenty of room to soak up the Scottsdale sun from morning to night.

Desert Bloomhouse isn’t about flash—it’s about comfort, connection, and having everything you need for a relaxed, memorable stay in one of Scottsdale’s most convenient locations. Easy, fun, and thoughtfully equipped, this is desert living done right.

NOTE:

• Private Heated Pool: The home features a private heated pool available at no additional cost. Pool heating is complimentary; however, during cooler winter months, water temperatures may fluctuate. The pool typically warms during the day and may cool overnight due to outdoor conditions.
• Pool Safety: All guests are required to sign a pool use and safety waiver prior to check-in.
• No Parties or Events: We enforce a strict zero-tolerance policy for parties and events. The City of Scottsdale actively enforces noise ordinances, and violations may result in fines or removal of this property from hosting platforms. Please be respectful of the neighborhood at all times.
• Security & Monitoring: For safety and compliance, a Ring doorbell camera is installed at the front entry to verify occupancy and assist in emergencies. Additional exterior cameras monitor side yard access points. There are no indoor cameras or recording devices.
• Noise Monitoring: The home is equipped with a Minut noise monitoring system that measures decibel levels only. It does not record audio, conversations, or video and is used solely to help maintain respectful noise levels.
• Pet Policy: Pets are not typically permitted. Exceptions may be considered upon request. If approved—or if a pet is found without prior authorization—a $175 non-refundable cleaning fee will apply.
• Check-Out Policy: Unauthorized late check-outs will result in a $75 rescheduling fee charged by housekeeping. Please coordinate in advance if additional time is needed.
• Family-Friendly Extras: A Pack-N-Play and highchair are available upon request.
