NOTE:

• Pool Safety Waiver Required: Guests must sign a pool use and safety waiver prior to check-in.
• Shared Amenities: The four heated community pools, BBQ grills, and outdoor dining areas are shared with residents. Please respect others when using these spaces.
• Laundry Access: A shared laundry facility with multiple full-size, industrial-grade machines is available. Access is secured by Smart Lock, and payment can be made via credit card, coins, or Apple Pay.
• Zero Tolerance Party Policy: Parties and events are not permitted. Quiet hours are observed from 10:00 PM to 8:00 AM. Violations may result in removal without refund.
• Pet Policy: Pets are not typically allowed. Exceptions may be considered upon request. If approved—or if a pet is found on-site without prior approval—a $175 non-refundable cleaning fee will apply.
• Late Checkout Policy: Unauthorized late check-outs will incur a $75 rescheduling fee charged by housekeeping. Please coordinate any changes in advance.
• Traveling with Little Ones? A Pack-N-Play and highchair are available upon request.
