Inside, the studio features a plush king bed, a full bathroom with modern finishes, and a kitchenette equipped with refrigerator, 2-burner cooktop, microwave, and coffee station—perfect for light meals or morning coffee. A cozy seating area with TV makes it easy to unwind after a day of exploring. A full-size washer and dryer add extra convenience for longer stays.

Step outside to enjoy Sedona’s natural beauty. Guests share access to a BBQ patio with outdoor dining and a fire pit lounge, the perfect spot to relax under Sedona’s starry skies. Covered parking is included for added ease.

Located just minutes from world-famous hiking trails, vortex sites, and Sedona’s downtown dining and shopping, Cimarron Butte Studio offers the ideal balance of comfort, charm, and adventure.

• Separate Accommodations for Privacy
  The Upper Terrace Unit and Lower Studio are independent accommodations within the same building, each offering its own private entrance and designated parking to ensure a comfortable and private stay.
• Shared Common Area & Fire Pit Lounge
  Guests have access to a common BBQ area and a cozy fire pit lounge. This space is available on a first-come, first-served basis or may be shared with fellow guests.
• Respecting Sedona’s Dark Sky Ordinance
  To help preserve Sedona’s world-famous night skies, we kindly ask that guests turn off outdoor recessed lighting after dark. Soft, low-level lighting is provided for safe maneuvering at night.
• Traveling with Little Ones?
  A Pack ‘n Play and high chair are available upon request for your convenience—just let us know in advance!
