NOTE: The Palo Verde Experience is a private retreat designed for your exclusive use. The attached casita on the West end of the home is completely separate, with a private entrance and no shared interior spaces. The homeowner occasionally stays in the casita. His presence is rare, completely non-intrusive, and there will be zero guest interaction. Your privacy and comfort are our top priorities.

Pool, Spa & Outdoor Amenities:
The pool, spa, and backyard are fully private for guest use.
Spa heat is complimentary with your reservation, while pool heating is available for an optional fee of $75 per night or $400 per week.
A unique stainless steel “cowboy” plunge pool is also available for guests who enjoy cold plunges. It requires ice to be added manually and is not maintained as part of the pool or spa service.

Security & Noise Monitoring:
For safety and security, there is a Ring front doorbell camera and side access cameras on each side of the home. These are outdoor-only cameras and do not monitor any interior or private spaces.

A Minut noise monitoring system is installed inside the home. It only tracks sound levels in decibels and does not record conversations. This helps maintain a respectful environment for all guests and neighbors.

Parties, events, and excessive noise are strictly prohibited.
