• Noise Monitoring: A Minut noise monitoring system is installed to ensure neighborhood noise levels are respected. It does not record sounds or conversations; it only monitors decibel levels.
• Pool Heating: Pool heat is optional and utilizes natural gas, available at a rate of $75 per night or $400 per week. Please request and confirm payment at least 72 hours before arrival to ensure the pool is heated upon check-in.
• Strict No-Party Policy: We enforce a strict no-party policy in compliance with Scottsdale’s noise ordinances, which are taken seriously and could lead to fines or listing removal.
• Security Measures: The property is equipped with a Ring doorbell camera at the front entry and a camera at the side RV gate access point. These are used for monitoring occupancy and for emergency situations only.
