A Keurig coffee maker, toaster, blender, and a full range of cooking essentials are at your disposal, allowing for easy meal prep. Gather around the countertop with seating for four, or enjoy meals at the dining table that accommodates up to six guests.

Luxurious Bedrooms & Bathrooms:

• Primary Suite: Indulge in the luxurious King bed, spacious drawer dresser, and a 55” Smart TV with streaming services.
• Guest Bedrooms: Two additional rooms feature Queen beds, each with plush memory foam toppers and ample closet space, providing a restful night’s sleep.
• Dedicated Workspace: A private office/den with a desk and chair is perfect for those working remotely, and a fold-out sofa bed provides additional sleeping space for one adult or two small children.
• Updated Bathrooms: Freshly remodeled, each bathroom offers stylish tile flooring, new cabinets, and sleek shower doors. We provide towels for each guest, along with washcloths, hand towels, and laundry facilities stocked with detergent pods, dryer sheets, and an ironing station.

• Pool Heat: Our refreshing custom pool can be heated for a nominal fee of $75/night or $400/wk. Please communicate & pay this request at least 72 hours in advance of your stay.
• We have a ZERO TOLERANCE Party Policy. The City of Tempe takes noise disturbances very seriously and can result in fines & the removal of this listing from the various platforms.
• A Ring doorbell camera is installed at the front door to monitor REAL occupancy and for emergency purposes only. No other security cameras or recording devices are present on the property.
• Property includes a Minut noise alert monitoring system in order to ensure that neighborhood noise levels are respected. It does NOT record actual sounds or conversations, it simply monitors the noise level (measured in decibels).
