Greetings! I’m Ric Kenworthy, the passionate founder and CEO of Travli Hospitality Co., nestled in the vibrant heart of Scottsdale, Arizona. My journey is one of transition, from two decades of leadership in auto sales to pioneering a new path in the vacation rental industry. It’s a story driven by entrepreneurial spirit and a profound commitment to redefining hospitality.

At the core of my life are my family—my wonderful wife, Jen, and our two sons, aged 6 and 12. Their support and inspiration fuel my drive to innovate and excel.

With 21 years of executive experience in auto sales, I honed my skills in management, customer service, and strategic growth. In 2021, I embarked on an entrepreneurial venture, steering Travli Hospitality Co. from managing 9 properties to nearly 90 today. Under my leadership, we’ve surpassed $7 million in revenue and manage over $120 million in real estate assets.

Our team has grown to over 40 dedicated professionals, each committed to our mission of changing the face of Short Term Rentals (STRs). At Travli, we don’t just manage properties; we curate unforgettable vacation experiences, emphasizing hospitality to put the “vacation” back in vacation rentals.
