The heating system for this pool is an electric heat pump. This works great about 9 months out of the year and still works well in the Winter, however you will experience temperature loss overnight when temperatures dip below 40 in December, January & February. The heater is set to 88 at all times but may dip into the mid to high 70’s in the mornings and will heat again as the day goes on.
A Ring doorbell camera is located at the front door to monitor real occupancy and for emergency use only.
Properties may include a NoiseAware noise alert monitoring system in order to ensure that neighborhood noise levels are respected. It does NOT record actual sounds or conversations, it simply monitors the noise level (measured in decibels).
