comfortably accommodate up to 10 guests, and feature:
• 1 master king mattress in bedroom 1 with an ensuite spa-like bathroom, a wall hung smart
• TV and privileged access to the backyard space.
• 1 queen mattress in bedroom 2 and 3 with bedside nightstands to set aside your smartphone before going to bed.
• 2 queen mattresses in bedroom 4 adorned with creative wall decorations, a seating area with a coffee table, a wall hung TV and access to the backyard.
• Room darkening shades to block out the sun, ensuring an enhanced sleep cycle.
• An iron and ironing board to make your clothes look neat and presentable.
Our beautiful bathrooms continue the theme, where deep-soaking bathtubs and a separate shower offer space to refresh and revitalize yourself before dozing off to bed. Each of our 2 immaculate bathrooms are fully equipped with toilet paper, towels, hairdryers, twin sink vanities and elegant ceramic tile adding a touch of opulence.
Pool Heat is optional and requires a $100/night ($500/week) Pool Heat Fee. Payment & request must be made at least 72 hours prior to arrival to ensure the pool will be heated at arrival.
Although this property is perfect for entertaining, for liability purposes, only registered guests are allowed after quiet hours. We have a ZERO TOLERANCE Party & Event Policy. The City of Scottsdale takes noise disturbances very seriously and can result in fines & the removal of this listing from the various platforms.
