POOL HEAT is included at NO CHARGE but temperature is not guaranteed due to ambient weather. Heat is provided by an electric heat pump that will not function when night time temperatures dip into the 30’s which is extremely rare in Arizona but must be noted.

The City of Chandler takes noise disturbances very seriously and can result in fines & the removal of this listing from the various platforms.
