The heating system for this pool runs on natural gas and is very expensive to operate so we do charge a fee to heat the pool. You’ll want to communicate whether or not you want the pool heated in advance as it takes a full day to get toasty for your arrival. POOL HEAT FEE $75/night – $400/week
We have a ZERO TOLERANCE Party & Event Policy. The City of Tempe takes noise disturbances very seriously and can result in fines & the removal of this listing from the various platforms.
