• Security Measures: The property is equipped with a Ring doorbell camera at the front entry and a camera at the side RV gate access point. These are used for monitoring occupancy and for emergency situations only.
• Noise Monitoring: A Minut noise monitoring system is installed to ensure neighborhood noise levels are respected. It does not record sounds or conversations; it only monitors decibel levels.
